Every donut is made with a sourdough base, resulting in a uniquely tangy, complex flavor profile that sets them apart from every other donut shop in the region. They always feature a savory donut option — a rarity in the donut world — because they believe donuts can and should do more. Operating primarily through pop-ups around the SF and East Bay area, SoDo has been featured in the SF Chronicle and SFGate as part of the Bay Area's sourdough donut movement.
