Small-batch artisanal bakery opened August 2024 by owners Leigh Ann Tona and Zach DeLong. Handcrafted brioche and cake doughnuts made fresh daily using fresh milk, eggs, and high-quality unbleached winter wheat flour — never from pre-made mixes. Every doughnut is weighed and hand-cut individually. Lines often stretch out the door before opening, and they sold 375 donuts in one hour on their very first day. The texture is perfectly substantial yet light, with creative seasonal flavors that rotate biweekly.
