Fray's Donut House has been a Pinellas Park institution for over 30 years. Current owner Tim Siev grew up in a California donut shop — his parents were owners, his uncle the baker — and he absorbed the craft before spending 31 years as a baker in Lake Tahoe. After buying the shop from Mr. Bill Fray, Tim and his wife have built a loyal following with customers driving from Tampa and Palm Harbor. Tim makes all the donuts himself, even adjusting recipes based on weather conditions to control yeast. Winner of Creative Loafing Tampa's Best Doughnuts 2024.
