Jitter's Cafe in Sioux City purchased the vintage 'Donut Robot' machine once used to make the classic sunshine donuts — a Siouxland favorite dating back to the 1900s. The robot churns out 80 to 100 dozen donuts daily, making them fresh throughout the morning. Beyond the novelty of the machine, the donuts themselves are exceptional — warm, perfectly glazed, and dangerously addictive. The cafe also serves breakfast items and coffee drinks, making it a full morning destination.
