Founded by Rebecca Roth Gullo in 2015 in Boston's South End, Blackbird Doughnuts has grown into a seven-location powerhouse across greater Boston. Their fresh brioche-based doughnuts are made from scratch daily, with glazes and fillings all made in-house. The menu rotates monthly with ten new flavors, keeping regulars coming back for creative combinations like ruby chocolate sprinkles, bananas Foster, and pear-fig jam bismarcks. Three-time Best of Boston winner, Blackbird is part of The Gallows Group and is proudly woman-owned. Even Adele is a fan — she famously loved their Boston Cream Bismarck.
