Tanya Solares worked alongside her father in doughnut shops since she was a child—at five years old, mostly falling asleep on flour bags. She has since taken over her dad's doughnut shop, continuing his legacy of decades-tested doughnuts. This downtown gem serves up inverted cinnamon rolls, frosted varieties, buttermilk bars, giant bear claws, and eclairs—a traditional hole-in-the-wall neighborhood doughnut shop.
