Self-described as 'a bread bakery with a doughnut addiction,' Montclair Bread Company (now operating as Rabble Rise Doughnuts) turned leftover brioche dough into legendary doughnuts back in 2012. Owner Rachel Crampsey's creations rapidly became the shop's bread-and-butter, with as many as 6,000 doughnuts rolling out weekly to bakeries throughout the state and even to New York City farmers markets. The red-and-green sprinkle-topped chocolate doughnut on brioche is simply sensational.
