Craft Donuts & Coffee is Santa Fe's made-to-order donut experience. At their southside store, donut lovers can watch their donuts being crafted before their eyes, adding a theatrical element to the experience. Using conscientiously sourced and perfectly roasted coffee from Red Rock Roasters in Albuquerque, the coffee program is as serious as the donuts. The store opened in late 2023 and features limited seating, free Wi-Fi, and a restroom. Note that their northside express food truck location no longer makes fresh donuts.
