She creates baked (not fried) mini and full-size cake donuts with creative flavors that push boundaries. The Aztec chocolate donut — with spiced glaze of cinnamon, chipotle, and cayenne — is her personal favorite, offering just enough kick to complement the sweet. The Elvis donut, modeled after Elvis's favorite sandwich with banana, bacon, PB, and jelly, showcases her creativity. All desserts are made to order.
