Grebe's is one of Milwaukee's longest-running bakeries, operational since 1937 and now in its fourth generation of family ownership. The West Allis flagship store is as iconic as ever, offering Milwaukeeans classic donut flavors alongside a full bakery menu. What makes Grebe's unique is their reach — their donuts are available not only at the flagship but at dozens of grocery stores, eateries, and gas stations across the city. Their Paczki (Polish-style filled donuts) during Paczki Day are a Milwaukee tradition. This is the bakery that has quite literally fed Milwaukee for nearly 90 years.
