Bamboo Coffee & Donuts is a locally owned cafe that brings Southeast Asian flavors to Louisville's donut scene. Their handcrafted cake donuts feature creative flavors like ube, black sesame, coconut pandan, and coconut creme pie — ingredients rooted in Filipino and Southeast Asian culinary traditions. Paired with their third-wave, fair-trade organic coffee and a rotating Southeast Asian-inspired drink menu, Bamboo offers a unique experience unlike any other donut shop in Kentucky. The shop is expanding to a second Highlands location in the former Hi-Five Doughnuts space.
