Cardigan Donuts is the Twin Cities' undisputed king of craft donuts. Every week they launch 3-4 new flavors on their donut schedule, pushing creative boundaries with offerings like PB Stout Donuts using Castle Danger Beer. But despite all the experimentation, the classics shine — their Old Fashioned made with Greek yogurt results in a dense, sweet, and creamy piece of heaven, while the French Cruller is described as 'part donut, part souffle.' The IDS Center location also serves donut ice cream sandwiches and Blendees (donuts mixed into ice cream). They've expanded through partnerships with FRGMNT Coffee and Gray Fox Bakery cases across the metro.
