The signatures are playfully decadent — the Brookie features cookie dough ice cream with brownie bites and sea salt caramel; the Gimmie S'more has vanilla ice cream with mini marshmallows and Biscoff cookies. This innovative concept has quickly earned a spot on Eater Twin Cities' essential map and draws crowds despite the limited Thursday-Sunday hours.
