Pip's Original Doughnuts & Chai has been a Beaumont neighborhood gem since 2013, pairing fresh-to-order mini doughnuts with some of the best house-made chai in Portland. The concept is focused and intentional — a small menu of mini doughnuts with rotating seasonal dips and toppings, each one fried to order so they arrive at your table piping hot. Classic cinnamon sugar is perfection in its simplicity, while seasonal options like mango-ghost chile and sweet potato pie show creative range. The chai is brewed in-house from scratch and available in multiple varieties, making Pip's as much a chai destination as a doughnut one.
